Ignite: classes designed for middle schoolers with anxiety

We are so excited to announce our newest youth program! Ignite is a FREE after-school program dedicated to empowering middle schoolers struggling with anxiety and depression by helping them build the skills they need to thrive. Ignite is designed differently than other programs because we understand that teens with anxiety rarely want to attend classes for anxiety because the thought of it makes them anxious.

We offer dual purpose classes that teach a fun life skill, that teens actually want to learn, along with some helpful therapy skills. We strive to ignite a passion for leadership and resilience, while fostering a community where teens feel inspired, connected, and ready to embrace their unique potential with confidence and purpose.
