Saline Area Social Service provides food to anyone in need of help. For qualifying households, we provide groceries and household essentials, programs that support quality of life for students and seniors, special gifts and meals during the holidays, emergency assistance for rent, utilities, and car repairs, referrals to additional aid organizations, and more. Food Pantry

Up to 15 meals per week. Includes fresh, frozen, canned and boxed goods.

Emergency Assistance

Limited assistance with rent, energy bills, car repair and prescription co-pays.

Weekly deliveries of groceries to homebound clients.

Personal Care Items

Toiletries including shampoo, deodorant and feminine hygiene products.

Household Essentials

Including toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, laundry detergent, and dish soap.

Essential supplies available to support families with infants and toddlers.

Back-to-School

Including backpacks, supplies, and shoes. For youth 18 and younger.

Snow Gear for Kids

Provides winter boots and snow pants. For youth 18 and younger.

Holiday Programs

Special meals for Easter, Thanksgiving, and the December holidays.

Matches clients with community donors to provide holiday gifts.

Special gifts and cake supplies. For youth 18 and younger.
